Berths range from 8.5 to 11.5 m plus four 18 m T-head berths; adjacent fuel dock, chandlery, boatyard with straddle lift, secure parking and a toilet/shower block with laundry.

Established secure marina community on the Murray at White Sands, 50 minutes from Adelaide, with over 70 riverfront and marina-basin berths for houseboats, cruisers and small vessels. Berths have filtered water, pump-out waste and metered electricity, with gated parking, toilet and shower amenities, on-water refuelling and a houseboat hire fleet on site.

Clubhouse at 61 Main Rd Solomontown overlooking the Port Pirie River; adjacent council-owned public marina is a single floating finger for short-term stays only with no power or water; visiting boats can obtain a key to the club toilets and showers; Port Pirie Regional Council invited EOI in 2023 to redevelop the yacht club and rowing club waterfront site

Marina berths range from 10 m to 30 m with power and water, plus hard stands for trailable vessels and dry stands for sport boats; squadron moorings are also held at Edithburgh, Stansbury, Port Vincent and Black Point.

Houseboat-friendly council reserve on the Murray Bridge riverfront with designated public mooring sites and the Farmers Union boat ramp. Houseboats may moor up to 48 hours free of charge, with council permits required for longer stays.

Council-owned recreational marina basin immediately south of Whyalla's industrial port, rebuilt as a heavy-duty floating marina by Walcon Marine with Rolec power and water pedestals. Most berths are rented long-term with a small number kept for short-stay visitors; the basin also contains a slipway and boat ramp but no fuel berth.
